Make Fatshrinking Body Wraps

Wrap it up!


Do body wraps work? Yes, a paste of herbs, oils and clay, applied to the skin, and then wrapped so tightly, the minerals and nutrients, enter the pores and cells of the body. This eliminates water, puffiness, toxins and inches from the body. A body wrap can also dislodge fat cells and tighten skin. With a few yards of plastic and essential oils, you can transform your skin.

Get Ready to Do Some Wrapping


1. Drink lots of water before, during and after your body wrap. Remember you will be flushing out toxins, excess water, and even fat.


2. Create a clay and herbal paste. Boil 2 cups of water. Add 1/4 cup of natural sea salt, or sea salt powder and boil until it dissolves. Add 1 cup of green clay or bentonite clay, plus two tablespoons full of olive oil. Stir and make into a paste. That's the basic simple recipe, but you may also add dried seaweed, and any essential oils such as lemongrass, lavender, sage or sandalwood. Add herbs such as ground basil, rose petal powder or alfalfa leaf powder. Let paste sit and cool a little, but not harden.


3. Open the pores of your skin by going over it lightly with a bristle brush and then taking a warm shower. Dry thoroughly, and do not apply lotions or cosmetics.


4. Measure the areas you want to shrink. Areas such as the length and width of your upper arm, shoulder and back, midriff or waits. If you are only doing a partial wrap, just measure the areas you will be working on. Make a record of your measurements.


5. Apply and rub in paste to every area of your body that you intend to wrap. Add a warm water if the paste gets too thick to spread.


6. Wrap and double wrap body tightly with plastic wrap. The compaction forces the detoxifying minerals into your skin. Work on sections of your body by wrapping your legs first, then going to arms, back and shoulders and leaving midriff, belly and hips for last. If you have someone to help you with this part, even better.


7. Sit in dry tub or reclined on a covered recliner for 45 minutes, covered with a blanket. You can listen to music or watch TV, or better yet, talk to your wrap party friends.


8. Unwrap by carefully cutting through sections of plastic wrap. Do not shower for 12 hours.


9. Remeasure body parts and make a note of inches lost in each area wrapped. Repeat body wrap every few days as desired.


Tips Warnings


Avoid sugar, fried fatty foods, caffeine, soda drinks and alcohol for the next 48 hours.This is the best time to be good on your eating plan. Results will last longer the cleaner your lifestyle.
