Hobe Sound, located on the southeastern Florida panhandle in a string of bays, inlets, and communities, is an unincorporated area that spreads out from the water to touch Jonathan Dickinson State Park and Jupiter Island. The area features several bars catering primarily to the sports-loving fans of Florida's teams.
Miller's Ale House
Miller's Ale House in Jupiter, Florida, right outside of Hobe Sound, is a sports bar with a wide selection of beers, several HD televisions playing "the game," and a full-service restaurant. The menu features everything from steaks, pasta, seafood and salads to bar-fare favorites, hamburgers and fries. There is also a full bar serving wine, liquor and 75 varieties of beer. Miller's Ale House is also the home of Zingers, chicken wings with specialty sauces, and "Captain Jack's" homemade ice cream cake. The alehouse is part of a regional chain of 50 restaurants in five states, but still retains a "local bar" flavor with regulars and special events.

Duffy's Sports Grill
Duffy's calls itself "the official sports grill of your favorite Florida teams." The grill offers an extensive lunch and dinner menu, with soups, wings, salads, burgers, pasta, sandwiches, desserts, gluten-free items, and a kid's menu. There are also specials, and extended happy hours for the full bar. Duffy's is also interested in getting customers to the games themselves: As of September 2010, the restaurant included Dolphins tickets and special offers as part of its "loyalty card" program.

Uncle Mick's in Jupiter, right outside of Hobe Sound, is a solid American bar with a county Western twang. The bar features live bands and a dance floor, as well as a lunch and dinner menu. Uncle Mick's offers mostly American favorites: prime rib, barbecue, sandwiches, salads, burgers, wings, onion rings, and pickles. The bar also claims to be well stocked with beers and cocktail fixings.
