River Inn Events Center
The River Inn Events Center is located just 6 miles from downtown Chattanooga and offers plenty of space for indoor and outdoor wedding receptions. Four-thousand square feet inside and 3,000 square feet on the covered deck can accommodate up to 300 guests. The center offers stunning views of the Tennessee River and the nearby mountains. A minimum of 50 guests is required to book the River Inn Events Center, which also offers set-up for caterers and plenty of parking.
The Zan Guerry Clubhouse
The Zan Guerry Clubhouse is nestled amid lush gardens in downtown Chattanooga on the banks of the Tennessee River. It offers an ideal location for a wedding reception with expansive patios, courtyards, garden paths and a large clubhouse with decking on three sides. The clubhouse can accommodate up to 200 guests and offers ample parking. Outside catering is allowed and the clubhouse also features a full bar and lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a fitness center and tennis courts.
The Car Barn
The Car Barn is another option when planning a wedding reception in Chattanooga. The vintage facility offers more than 7,000 square feet and features antique furnishings, a large dance floor and restaurant, a player piano, a movie theater and a popcorn machine. Guests are treated to replicas of a crystal restaurant, a barber shop, a town pub and a replica of the Las Vegas Harley Davidson restaurant. The bar area features game tables, large screen televisions, a fireplace and several couches. The Car Barn can accommodate up to 350 guests and offers on-site catering service and valet parking.
The Delta Queen Hotel
The Delta Queen Hotel offers a unique setting for a wedding reception. The lounge rooms aboard ship, such as the Orleans Room, can accommodate up to 150 guests and offer beautiful views of the Tennessee River. Outside catering is not permitted, with the exception of professional bakeries to provide wedding cakes. On-site catering is available as well as a full-service bar and lounge, a large cafeteria that serves New Orleans cuisine, and outdoor dining. The Delta Queen Hotel also features an on-site wedding chapel, valet parking and 88 guestrooms.
