2003 Harley Ultra Classic Hp Specs

Classified as a custom touring motorcycle, the 2003 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic HP had several features that lent themselves well for long-distance riding, such as electronic cruise control, a CB radio and a four-speaker stereo system with CD player. Spacious carpet-lined luggage compartments, an air-adjustable touring suspension and passenger backrest added to the motorcycle's functionality as a touring bike.

Performance

A 45 degree air-cooled V-twin, four-stroke engine powered the Ultra Classic, producing 81.1 foot-pounds (ft-lbs) of torque at 3,300 rpm. The engine had a 3.8-inch bore, a four-inch stroke, a displacement of 1,449 cc and a compression ratio of 8.8 to 1. Control

A telescopic cartridge-style dampening front fork with 4.6 inches of travel comprised the front suspension, and air-adjustable shocks with three inches of travel made up the back. A dual-piston caliper-type braking system provided stopping power for bike, using a dual 11.5 inch x .2 inch rotor in the front and an 11.5 inch x .23 inch rotor in the back. (reference 1)
