Milwaukee has many city parks and pavilions.
Milwaukee, the largest city in Wisconsin, was once known as the home of brewing companies, but now many major corporations, including Harley-Davidson, A.O. Smith and Midwest Airlines, have headquarters there. Milwaukee has a population of over a million people who enjoy its public parks and pavilions. The Milwaukee County Parks System is so well-maintained with so many services that it won the National Gold Medal for Excellence in 2009 from the National Recreation and Park Association.
