Construction on the 3,000-acre Centerra development project in Loveland, Colorado, began in mid-2006 and included retail, residential and business office plans. As of 2011, the Promenade Shops at Centerra, Motorplex Marketplace, medical centers, office campuses and Marketplace at Centerra are operating. The development area is split into an eastern and western portion by U.S. Interstate 25, making access to Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado State University and Anheuser-Busch Brewery convenient. Located directly across from the Marketplace at Centerra is the Best Western Crossroads Inn & Conference Center. Meeting space and provisional catering services for up to 220 attendees is available. Its 89 rooms were renovated in late 2008, and each now provides a microwave, refrigerator and complimentary high-speed Internet access. Guests can enjoy an outdoor swimming pool and easy access to the Promenade Shops at Centerra East and Boyd's Lake State Park. Restaurants such as Chick-fil-A, Old Chicago Pizza and Qdoba are located directly across the hotel.
Fairfield Inn & Suites Loveland Fort Collins
Visitors to the Loveland Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center's sculpture exhibit within the Marketplace at Centerra will find the three-story, 82-room Fairfield Inn & Suites landscaped behind the complex's duck pond. This smoke-free hotel has an indoor pool and fitness center, and two guest-reservable meeting rooms totaling 800 square feet of floor room space are available.
Residence Inn Loveland Fort Collins
Fans attending Colorado Eagles' hockey matches, concert events or touring entertainment shows at Budweiser Events Center just north of The Promenade Shops at Centerra East can find accommodation at Marriott's nearby Residence Inn. Each of the 103 one- or two-bedroom guest suites offers a separate living room and fully equipped kitchen, though a daily complimentary hot breakfast buffet is also available. As of 2011, pets are allowed with a non-refundable pet deposit charged upon check-in.
